Meeting called to order by the President..  Recall petition talked over and decided to hand the same back to Mr. Davenport.

Some discussion on hall.

Question brought up in regard to building a chimney on the schoolhouse, so the basement could be heated.  Petition for same being circulated by Mr. Puckman.  Not approved unless some guarantee by board that same could be used after being built.

Moved and seconded to have a dance on Thanksgiving night at the schoolhouse and card party with oyster supper.  Charge including supper, 75 cents even, $1.50 for dance.  Mr. Gillett, Stevenson, and Peck for supper, Mrs. McCarthy, Gillett, Ake, and Peck.

Balance not forward $20.91, Receipts $1.10, Balance on hand $22.01

Meeting called to order by the President.

Mrs. Peck reported handling petitions to Mr. Davenport with request some action by taken.

Dance changed from Thanksgiving night to Thanksgiving Eve and usual supper to be served instead of oysters. Motion made and carried to not allow any children over 6 years old without parents.  Motions made and carried to make dance a hard time masquerade.  Motion made and turned down to charge 50 cents per person.  Motion made to charge $1.00 per couple, 50 cents for extra lady.

Motion carried. Balance brought forward $22.01, Rects of evening $2.10, =$24.11
